Bob Luther represents AFLAC, the number one provider of voluntary supplemental health insurance benefits and services to small and large businesses as well as to individuals. He started his career with Aflac in 1999 as a Sales Associate and has during this time won many different awards for bringing in new business accounts, production and for providing great service for his clients and customers.

He and his family reside in Evendale. They have been here for over fourteen years and enjoy the many benefits of being a resident in the Evendale community. His children swam for the Evendale Swim Team and were a part of many of the Championship Teams. Bob serves on several different committees within the Village of Evendale. He has been a member of the Evendale Chamber since 2000 and has served as a Board Member since 2001. As a Board Member, one of his most rewarding pursuits is to serve as chairman of the Philanthropy Committee.

Jim has been active in the Chamber since 2004 and believes active participation is an excellent resource for establishing and maintaining relationships with fellow business people and community leaders. He is a past president and is currently active in the Chamber’s Membership Committee.

Jim is both the controller and a sales representative for The M. Rosenthal Printing Company. He’s been involved in the printing and paper industries with various local companies for most of his career and is also active in the local chapter of the Printing Industries Association. He is a graduate of Xavier University, with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics as well as an MBA with a concentration in Accounting. Jim and his wife, Joanne, are residents of Cincinnati and have 4 adult children.

Kelvin Hanger is the Administrator for TriHealth Evendale Hospital, formerly know as Evendale Medical Center until it's purchase from TriHealth in 2013 and includes three locations in Cincinnati, Ohio. Kelvin has been in the healthcare industry for 28 years beginning in 1984 working for Humana for over 6 years in the actuary department and multiple market offices within the company. He also worked in public accounting for 9 years heading up the physician practice for a top 50 CPA firm. Kelvin has had administrator responsibilities for the past 11 years.

He graduated from the University of Louisville with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in finance and accounting. He is a member of many business associations including the Physician Hospitals of America and has held multiple board positions within professional healthcare organizations.

David Elmer is the Administrative Assistant to the Mayor for the Village of Evendale. He is a graduate of Northern Kentucky University with a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and currently serves as an Adjunct Professor for the MPA program. David has been a local government Administrator for 10 of his 18-year public service career. He is also a graduate of the Clermont 20/20 leadership program and the Xavier University public leadership certificate program. He enjoys small volunteer roles for several local organizations including the Pray-Hope-Believe Foundation, Chipping Away at Parkinson’s Disease, and the Cincinnati United Soccer Club. David looks forward to helping the Chamber and local businesses achieve their goals.

Serving on the ECC Board is a fantastic way to network with fellow Evendale business people and have a positive impact in the Village in which you have chosen to locate your company.

The Board consists of the President, Vice President, Secretary/Treasurer, and at least 5 members-at-large. Each position is a 2-year
term. The Board meets about 9 times per year and most board members serve as the Chair of one of our standing committees.
